Lots could be improved.
1. More empathy from staff.
2. Timely response to patients needs and illness.
3. Not treating them like third class citizens because they are 71.

Reception friendly.
Good facilities.
Prompt appointment time.
Friendly, informative operatives in cyberknife- Anita and Rich (with a sense of humor).
All info given for follow up.
Nothing to improve on- no office, but not having to be there in the first place would be good Lol.

The staff were very attentive and really made my mother and I feel at ease.
They answered every question thoroughly. The nurses deserve a pay rise for their hard work.

-Extremely caring and helpful at all levels.
-All steps of procedure including pre and post therapy clearly explained.
-All questions clearly addressed at correct level of understanding.
-Porters help available quickly and efficiently.
